SOD taken orally is not well absorpbed, but taking these mineals in this form and ratio help your body create this powerful antioxidant which then helps the immune system

3. Flavanoid based antioxidants such as Grape Seed Extract, Pine Bark, Green Tea, Ginkgo and Red Wine help to strengthen the immune system

I called these dirt pills for a while, cause if you look at the capsule, it looks like dirt in there :) But it's not I guarantee it. I used to get the flu every season change. Four times a year I would waste a week being sick. I started taking this formula. 2 per day all year round and 2 twice a day as i got close to changes in seasons. Its been 2 years now with only minor colds twice a year that arent severe enough to slow me down, or make me miss work. I told my boss he ought to pay for the product cause it has helped me not miss what used to be a month of work a year! (Not that this is going to happen..)

Whenever I get that old familiar scratchy feeling in my throat, I take four of these at a time, every hour or two for a little while, and it goes away! If I run out of this formula, I get another full-blown cold! Great stuff! Rosemary
